AI AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Location: Nepal & Philippines ONLY

Compensation: Monthly base pay in USD + performance bonuses

We’re a fast-moving DTC e-commerce company operating multiple brands. We use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work, connect our tools, and improve operational efficiency across the business.

We’re looking for a proactive AI Automation Engineer from the Nepal & Philippines who enjoys building practical solutions and turning manual processes into reliable automated workflows.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who can use AI and automation to streamline processes, integrate different systems, and improve day-to-day operations.

You should be comfortable working with tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, as well as connecting AI models such as OpenAI/ChatGPT or Anthropic/Claude to real-world business workflows involving areas such as ads, content, and support.

Essential Technical Requirements

• Hands-on experience building automations using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools

• Comfortable working with APIs and connecting different platforms and tools

• Practical experience working with AI APIs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar

• Self-starter who can troubleshoot and figure things out independently

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in an async remote environment

Bonus Skills

The following are not required, but are valued:

• Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing

• Familiarity with Meta Ads, Shopify, or similar platforms

• Experience with AI image/video generation workflows

• Basic Python or JavaScript knowledge
