We are hiring Nepal's most experienced education professional to lead this mission as our National Campaign Director. You will build and lead a 43-person field team, manage a NPR 3 crore+ campaign, and be personally responsible for the enrolment of 5,000 Nepali students in Maharashtra universities within 12 months.

What We Need

* 8–12 years experience in Nepal's education sector

* Multi-province network of school and college relationships

* Team management experience (10+ people across geographies)

* Entrepreneurial — builder, not just manager

* Fluent Nepali, working Hindi, functional English
