Job Summary:

We are looking for a target-driven Business Development Executive to identify, engage, and onboard agents for business operations. The role involves partner outreach, relationship management, and achieving onboarding targets in Nepal and Bangladesh markets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and connect with potential agents/partners

· Build strong business relationships and maintain follow-ups

· Support onboarding and account activation process

· Achieve daily and monthly acquisition targets

· Conduct outreach through WhatsApp, social media, and calls

Requirements:

· Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation

· Strong communication and networking skills

· Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

· Comfortable working remotely

Salary & Benefits:

· Base Salary: USD 200/month
