1. KITCHEN TRAINEE
Cooking & Kitchen Operations
Training and duties include:
- Food preparation and basic cooking
- Learning Barbeque AddA recipes and cooking methods
- Preparing sauces, marinades and other preparations
- Portion control and food presentation
- Assisting the kitchen during busy periods
- Maintaining food quality and hygiene
- Keeping the workstation clean
- Progressively preparing dishes independently

2. 🔥 GRILL & FRIED FOOD TRAINEE
Grill & Fried Food Section
Training and duties include:
- Grill preparation
- Fried chicken and fried-food preparation
- Marination and coating
- Fryer and grill operation
- Cooking time and temperature control
- Portion and quality control
- Equipment cleaning and hygiene
- Managing the section independently after training

3. 🧽 KITCHEN HELPER / UTILITY STAFF
Kitchen Support • Utensils • Cleaning
Responsibilities include:
- Washing plates, utensils, pans and cooking equipment
- Kitchen and work-area cleaning
- Cleaning floors, sinks and equipment
- Vegetable washing, peeling and cutting
- Basic food preparation
- Assisting cooks during busy hours
- Waste management
- Opening and closing kitchen cleaning
This is a kitchen support + utility position, not only a cleaning job.

4. 🧑💼 WAITER / STEWARD
Female candidates preferred
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers
- Taking orders
- Serving food and beverages
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Maintaining dining-area cleanliness
- Coordinating with the kitchen
- Checking tables for cutlery, tissues and sauces
- Providing polite and professional customer service
Freshers are welcome and will be trained.

5. 📦 RESTAURANT HELPER / TAKEAWAY SUPPORT
Responsibilities include:
- Packing takeaway and online orders
- Checking orders before dispatch
- Supporting waiter/steward during busy hours
- Clearing tables
- Basic kitchen assistance
- Moving ingredients and supplies
- General restaurant cleaning
- Supporting different sections during rush hours
This is a multi-purpose position for candidates willing to learn different restaurant operations.

💰 SALARY
₹8,000 – ₹15,000 PER MONTH
Salary depends on:

📚 TRAINING + SKILL TEST
Freshers will receive complete practical training.
During training, candidates will learn the skills required for their assigned position.
After completing the training period, candidates will take an internal skill/knowledge test (exam).
🏠 ACCOMMODATION BENEFIT
Accommodation will be provided FREE after successful completion of training and clearance of the internal exam.
The accommodation terms and facilities will be explained to selected candidates during the interview.

Food will be provided during employment, subject to the restaurant's staff-food policy.

🕙 WORKING SCHEDULE
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Preparation + daytime delivery/takeaway operations
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Main meal/rest break
4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Full restaurant operation – dine-in + takeaway + online orders
Closing: Selected staff may remain until approximately 2:00 AM for closing duties.
Closing responsibilities will be managed according to the duty roster.

First interview will be conducted ONLINE.
Candidates do not need to travel to India for the initial interview.
Interview will be conducted through WhatsApp Video Call.
