Dochaa is a socially conscious shoe manufacturing company founded in 2017, in the devastating aftermath of the Earthquake to preserve and revive Nepali traditions through fashion, using local fabrics and craftsmanship to honor a culture on the brink of being forgotten. The name “DOCHAA” basically is the first type of shoes handmade by the indigenous people living in the Indo-Tibetan belt. What started as a disaster response has evolved into a brand with a mission to keep Nepal’s cultural legacy alive. Dochaa’s vision incorporates a fusion of tradition and modernity to our wardrobe.
