About the Role 

The Finance Manager / Accountant will manage ICT’s financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities for APAC markets. You will handle bookkeeping, vendor payments, budgeting, and financial forecasting while ensuring strong accuracy and regulatory alignment. 

Responsibilities 

• Manage financial statements, balance sheets, and monthly closing. 
• Oversee AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash flow reports. 
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgeting, and variance analysis. 
• Maintain vendor and partner payment schedules. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. 
• Coordinate with auditors, banking partners, and internal teams. 
• Provide reporting and financial insights to leadership. 
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and systems. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA/CA certifications. 
• 4–7+ years of accounting or finance experience. 
• Strong command of accounting software and Excel. 
• Experience in multinational or APAC environments is preferred.
