About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Founder's Associate to work directly with the Founder on strategic business initiatives, financial planning, business development, and key decision-making.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to business leadership, financial strategy, and startup operations. The selected candidate will work closely with the Founder on high-impact projects, contribute to business growth initiatives, and help translate strategic ideas into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Founder on strategic priorities, business planning, and special projects.
• Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Assist in preparing business plans, growth strategies, investor presentations, and pitch decks.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Support business development initiatives, strategic partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, business dashboards, and performance insights to support decision-making.
• Analyse business performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
• Track business KPIs, financial performance, and strategic milestones.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• CFA Level 1 (Pursuing or Completed) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling, business analysis, and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business productivity tools.
• Genuine interest in entrepreneurship, business strategy, finance, and startup ecosystems.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment.
