Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IT team and manage all IT operations across the organization

- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and software systems

- Ensure data security, backups, disaster recovery plans, and system monitoring

- Manage user access, permissions, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues

- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve productivity and efficiency

- Maintain documentation of systems, networks, and processes

- Coordinate with vendors and external tech partners as needed

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
-
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, server management, and system administration

- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, and cloud services (AWS, Azure)

- Expertise in Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and data protection systems

- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
