Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
* Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
* Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding hotel services, reservations, and local attractions.
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
* Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
*High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
* Proficiency in computer systems and hotel management software is preferred.
