Job Description:
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and space plans for hotel and hospitality projects.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed design presentations.
- Select furniture, fixtures, materials, colors, and finishes.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Monitor site work to ensure design quality and project specifications.
- Ensure timely completion of design work and maintain project documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and other relevant design software.
- Strong creativity, communication, and coordination skills.
