Hold a current ATPL with type rating on the A320 family
Successfully completed the last two consecutive Pilot Proficiency Checks (PPCs)
Accumulated a minimum of 3,000 total flight hours on multi-crew, transport-category aircraft
Minimum of 1,000 hours on A320 family aircraft, including at least 500 hours as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on type
English Language Proficiency Level 5 preferred; Level 4 is mandatory
