Medical Personnel

Roles :

• Provide basic medical care and first aid services to beneficiaries.
• Support in implementing health-related programs and awareness campaigns.
• Act as a link between the community and healthcare facilities.
• Maintain health records and documentation of services provided.
• Assist in capacity-building through health education and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Care
• Provide first aid and primary nursing care to patients/beneficiaries.
• Support in health check-ups and screenings.
• Refer patients to higher medical facilities when needed.
• Health Awareness & Education
• Conduct health and hygiene awareness sessions in communities, schools, or women’s groups.
• Educate beneficiaries on disease prevention, nutrition, maternal and child health, and sanitation.
• Program Support
• Assist in planning and implementing health-related projects and camps.
• Coordinate with local health authorities, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
• Support in training community volunteers in basic health and first aid.
• Monitoring & Reporting
• Maintain records of patients treated, medicines dispensed, and services provided.
• Prepare periodic health reports for the organization.
• Track and report health trends, challenges, and community needs.
• Administrative Support
• Manage medical supplies and ensure proper use and storage.
• Support the NGO team during field visits, outreach camps, and training programs.
