We are seeking a qualified professional to join our team as Online Customer Services in our Customer Service department. This is a Full Time position requiring 1-5 Months of experience.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Online Customer Services

• Openings: 20 Female only
• Location: Lalitpur,kumaripati
• Employment Type: Full Time (1:00PM -9:00 PM)
• Salary Range: 25,000 RS +Additional Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints
• Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
• Provide product/service information to customers

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Others or equivalent
• Certifications: 10+2
• Skills: Having good communication skills and fast typing ,fluent in English and Hindi,can accept voice and video calls from customers.
