ICT Distribution is established solely to strengthen the distribution network in the APAC region with a particular focus on South Asian and Southeast Asian countries and its Headquarters in Sydney, Australia. We work on core Enterprise Solutions and retail products, including a wide array of IT hardware and software products and other peripherals.

About the Role

The Presales Engineer – Security will support the full security product portfolio, providing technical expertise, demos, and solution proposals to help drive the security business.

Responsibilities:

• Provide presales support for security solutions.
• Conduct demonstrations, POCs, and technical workshops.
• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, and RFP responses.
• Engage with partners and enterprise customers on security requirements.
• Assist in designing security architectures and recommending solutions.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with cybersecurity/security products.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of firewalls, endpoint protection, and security tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
