Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Product Manager to oversee product operations and AI-assisted development workflows in a fast-growing SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, QA, and leadership teams to ensure smooth product delivery and efficient workflow management. Candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, along with a basic technical understanding. Experience with AI tools, Agile workflows, and product management platforms is highly preferred. This role is fully remote with flexible working options.

Time : Around 2 pm- 10pm
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Agentic Development System
- Own and operate the agentic development pipeline built on Claude, Linear, GitHub, and Feature base
- Ensure bugs and feature requests are being processed correctly through the AI-driven workflow
- Monitor the system day to day and resolve bottlenecks or breakdowns in the pipeline
- Work with the development team to ensure the human-in-the-loop review and approval process runs smoothly
- Continuously improve and optimize the system as it matures
Product Operations
- Manage bug triage and ensure issues are prioritized and actioned in the correct order
- Own the product roadmap and keep it current and accurate
- Own and publish changelog updates on Feature base following each release
- Coordinate between the development team, QA, and wider stakeholders on release timing and status
Team Coordination
- Host developer standups on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
- Lead sprint planning and reviews on a fortnightly cycle
- Act as the central point of communication between product, engineering, and the business
Project Management
- Own the health and quality of the product backlog
- Support the ongoing evaluation and migration to the most appropriate project management tooling
Requirements:
- Experience in a Product Manager or product operations role, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment
- Hands-on experience using Claude or similar AI tools as part of a workflow, not just familiarity in passing
- A base level of technical knowledge sufficient to work closely with developers and understand engineering context
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
- Clear and confident communicator across technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Experience with Linear, GitHub, and Featurebase is a strong advantage
- An interest in or experience with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows is highly desirable
