Project Incharge

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all interior finishing works, including flooring, painting, ceilings, wall finishes, joinery, and cabinetry.
• 
  
• Ensure quality standards, approved drawings, and project specifications are followed.
• 
  
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other project teams.
• 
  
• Monitor site progress, manpower, material requirements, and project timelines.
• 
  
• Ensure proper coordination between civil, MEP, and interior finishing works.
• 
  
• Conduct quality inspections, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 
  
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in interior finishing works.
• 
  
• Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, site supervision, quality control, and project coordination.
