About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced React Front-End Web Application Consultant to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications for internal corporate intranet environments. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to deliver responsive, secure, and user-friendly web solutions that improve employee productivity and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end web applications using React.js.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces for internal business applications.
• Integrate front-end components with REST APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and developers to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Support deployment, testing, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end web application development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
• Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git-based source control and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing applications for corporate intranets or internal business platforms.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, or Power Platform.
• Understanding of web security best practices and authentication methods.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
