Position: Jr. Parcel Ops Associate (Jr. executive)
As a Jr. Parcel Ops Associate, Pathao Nepal Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and supervising the outside operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. The individual is the key responsible for outside valley operation and overall supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationship with 3PL, transport, and cargo providers, and communicate operational updates to the team.
- Support the Region Head in planning and implementing new hub openings.
- Visit OV hubs for new setups and oversee hub responsibilities per company standards.
- Oversee hub in-charges, checklists and performance, providing assistance when required.
- Oversee outside-valley hub operations to ensure efficient workflows.
Requirement:
- Must have bachelor degree in Management
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Have good leadership and manageable skills.
