Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive M&E frameworks, tools, and systems for projects
  • Conduct regular data collection, analysis, and visualization to track project progress and impact
  • Develop and maintain project databases, ensuring data quality and proper documentation
  • Train and support field staff in data collection methodologies and tools
  • Prepare periodic monitoring reports, evaluation studies, and research briefs
  • Facilitate learning sessions and knowledge sharing within the organization
  • Support proposal development with baseline data and M&E frameworks
Job Specification

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation
  • Experience in designing data collection tools and conducting field research
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali
