Job Description

🔸 Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Genset market.

🔸 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

🔸 Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

🔸 Provide technical and product expertise to customers

🔸 Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep the business ahead of the curve.

🔸 Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.

🔸 Collaborate with the internal teams for seamless product delivery and after-sales support.

 

Job Specification

🔸 Bachelors/Masters Degree in Sales and Marketing

🔸 Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Genset, power generation, or industrial equipment industry.

🔸 Strong understanding of Genset products, applications, and customer needs.

🔸 Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

🔸 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🔸 Strong business acumen with a goal-oriented mindset.
