Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop architectural plans for new projects, renovations, and expansions.
- Work collaboratively with clients and project teams to ensure design solutions meet requirements.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical expertise on project progress.
- Produce detailed drawings, plans, models, and blueprints.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
-Stay up-to-date with industry standards, building codes, and sustainable practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in building design and planning.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit etc.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
