Job Title:

Brand and Digital Marketing Specialist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Management:

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and awareness.
  • Maintain and update brand assets, including guidelines, philosophy, and toolkits.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Design and execute go-to-market campaigns for tactical offerings.

Social Media and Content Management:

  • Oversee all social media assets and manage the annual content calendar.
  • Create festival and localized content to establish emotional connections with audiences.

Campaigns and Performance Analysis:

  • Develop and execute 360-degree campaigns for app acquisition and engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

Content Creation and Promotion:

  • Create and promote brand campaign content, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.

Influencer and Internal Branding:

  • Manage influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand presence.
  • Execute internal/employee branding initiatives to foster a cohesive corporate culture.

Monitoring and Tracking:

  • Track brand and digital marketing performance while monitoring competitor activities.
  • Audit all touchpoints to ensure branding activities and promotions align with brand standards.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferably with a specialization in Marketing).
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing and Brand Management is preferred.
