Brand and Digital Marketing Specialist
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand positioning and awareness.
- Maintain and update brand assets, including guidelines, philosophy, and toolkits.
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and manage digital marketing initiatives to drive brand growth and engagement.
- Design and execute go-to-market campaigns for tactical offerings.
Social Media and Content Management:
- Oversee all social media assets and manage the annual content calendar.
- Create festival and localized content to establish emotional connections with audiences.
Campaigns and Performance Analysis:
- Develop and execute 360-degree campaigns for app acquisition and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Content Creation and Promotion:
- Create and promote brand campaign content, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines.
Influencer and Internal Branding:
- Manage influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand presence.
- Execute internal/employee branding initiatives to foster a cohesive corporate culture.
Monitoring and Tracking:
- Track brand and digital marketing performance while monitoring competitor activities.
- Audit all touchpoints to ensure branding activities and promotions align with brand standards.
Qualification & Experience:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (preferably with a specialization in Marketing).
- Experience:
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing and Brand Management is preferred.
