Associate NOC Engineer Enterprise

Job Description 

• Responsible for round the clock monitoring of the network infrastructure.
• Responsible for IP Addressing (IPV4/IPV6), Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS), Network Monitoring & Management (SNMP, Syslog, Netflow).
• Detect and respond to alarms, open tickets, assist with troubleshooting as required
• Escalate/Assign tickets to appropriate Level 2/3 engineers as appropriate
• Contribute to a daily activity report and support troubleshooting and diagnostics activities as required
• Ensure ticket handover during shift changes in accordance to operations guidelines
• Installation and configuration of Enterprise Customers and provide
• Working on WAN link issue isolation

Job Specification

• Bachelor in computer engineering or computer related field
• 2 year of work experience in ISP is preferred
• CCNA Certified or equivalent are preferred.
• Technical understanding of internetworking technologies
• Knowledge of MPLS technology, Routing Protocols, Radius/AAA, Firewall.
• Strong written/verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a tight schedule
• Flexible attitude towards work
