Position: Cash Collector Officer (Sr. Assistant)

  • As a Cash Collector Officer, you will be an essential part of our courier operations team. Primary responsibilities will be to Collection of the COD and Proper tracking of on hold and return orders.
  •  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collection:
  • Reconcile and Collect the amount and returned products from a delivery agent
  • Update the status and payment in the delivery sheet and submit the cash to Accounts.
  •  
  • Communication and Coordination:
  • Maintain constant communication with delivery riders regarding the issues during the delivery.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse and sorting team to ensure the availability and proper handling of packages.

 

  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that packages are properly labeled, documented, and secure after receiving from the delivery agent..
  • Follow set procedures to address any mismatch, damages, or missing items on time.

 

  • Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with the operations team to implement changes and smooth workflows.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving delivery operations, routing, and customer experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or related fields is a plus
  • Familiarity with basic computer operations and proficiency in using dispatching software or systems.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per operational requirements.
