About the Role
We’re looking for a self-driven, creative marketer who can take ownership of our brand’s digital presence- from ideas to execution. You’ll be responsible for planning campaigns, creating posts, editing short-form videos, running basic email marketing, and tracking performance.
This isn’t a “do what you’re told” role. It’s a space for someone who loves to think, create, experiment, and lead marketing initiatives independently.
- You’ll work closely with management to plan what type of content to focus on (e.g. product, sales, dealer, brand-building), and then take ownership of executing it end-to-end.
- If you’re someone who enjoys creating content, loves storytelling, and wants to help a brand grow across digital channels, this is a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan monthly content calendars based on management direction.
- Create posts, reels, and graphics using Canva or CapCut.
- Write captions and email copy; ensure consistent brand tone.
- Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
- Track engagement, reach, and prepare simple monthly reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation or digital marketing.
- Strong creative and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, design, and execute campaigns independently once direction is set.
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of analytics and campaign reporting.
- Portfolio of previous work (posts, videos, or campaigns).
