COUNSELOR

Your Role

As a Career & Immigration Counselor, you will work remotely from your home — using your phone, internet, and communication skills to engage with prospective candidates/leads provided by our company. You’ll be guiding, assisting, and motivating them to apply for work, or migration programs across Europe, Gulf, and other destinations.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Contact and counsel potential candidates (leads provided by the company).
• 50% leads will be provided and 50% leads you need to generate, training will be given.
• Understand client profiles and suggest suitable overseas opportunities(Demand letter will be provided by the company).
• Explain visa, documentation, and process details confidently.
• Build strong relationships with clients for long-term collaboration.
• Coordinate with our core team for application processing and follow-ups.
• Meet monthly conversion targets and earn high incentives.

💰 Compensation

• No fixed salary — 100% commission-based role.
