Summary

The Last Mile Delivery Hero is responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers. This role involves package handling, customer interaction, cash management, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

●       Ensure timely delivery of all packages within specified timeframes.

●       Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit and delivery.

●       Verify delivery addresses and match them with customer orders for accurate deliveries.

●       Answer customer inquiries promptly and accurately.

●       Collect cash payments from customers as required and ensure correct amounts are received.

●       Reconcile cash collected with delivery records at the end of each shift.

●       Adhere to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company guidelines.

●       Follow assigned delivery routes for optimal efficiency and timely deliveries.

Skills and Competencies

●       Strong customer service orientation.

●       Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.

●       Attention to detail for accurate package handling and delivery.

●       Basic mathematical skills for cash handling and reconciliation.

●       Geographical knowledge of the delivery area.

●       Proficiency in using smartphones for navigation and communication.
