Role Description
The Executive Assistant to the Chairperson will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to
ensure the Chairperson’s responsibilities are executed effectively and efficiently. Acting as the key point of contact
for the Chairperson, the Executive Assistant will manage communication, schedule, and logistics while facilitating
strategic planning and decision-making processes. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication,
and interpersonal skills to coordinate information flow and maintain strong relationships between the Chairperson
and relevant stakeholders.
The position demands a proactive and professional individual who can handle sensitive information with utmost
discretion while showcasing a composed and approachable demeanor.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Communication and Management Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for the Chairperson, prioritizing tasks and managing requests effectively.
Oversee the Chairperson’s calendar, appointments, and travel logistics to ensure optimal time management.
Draft, review, and disseminate high-level communications, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with
organizational objectives.
2. Strategic Coordination Support
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, briefing notes, and presentations to support strategic
planning and decision-making.
Monitor the implementation of organizational initiatives and provide updates to the Chairperson, ensuring
alignment with priorities.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between the Chairperson and stakeholders, building and maintaining positive relationships.
Represent the Chairperson in meetings or events as required, documenting outcomes and reporting back on key
insights.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain smooth and productive relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in project management and administration support roles.

● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● Ability to research, analyze, and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
● Skilled in articulating and communicating with diverse stakeholders and teams.
