·        Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.

·       Lead the recruitment and talent acquisition function to attract and retain top talent.

·       Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.

·       Manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees.

·       Lead the learning and development initiatives.

·       Drive organizational change and transformation initiatives.

·       Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

·       Partner with business leaders to provide HR solutions and support.

Job Specification:

·       Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management with 9 years of relevant experience.

·       Proven track record in a leadership role in the Human Resource Department

·       Ability to strengthen the existing HR System

·       Ability to implement new systems as per the changing environment

·       Proficient in Data Analytics

·       Good interpersonal skills

·       Deep understanding of Human Resource Management and its regulatory environment.

·       Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

·       Experience in leading large, complex HR organizations.
