Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Business Development:

  • Identify new sales opportunities in the hospitality sector (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments).
  • Develop strategies to expand ISP offerings for hospitality clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Head of Hospitality.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build lasting relationships with hospitality stakeholders.
  • Engage with decision-makers (GMs, IT, Procurement) to offer tailored solutions.
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and upsell opportunities.

Product Knowledge & Consultation:

  • Provide expert consultation on ISP products to meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on technology trends in hospitality.

Contract Negotiation & Closing:

  • Lead contract and pricing negotiations.
  • Close deals efficiently, managing the sales pipeline.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Align with the Head of Hospitality on sales strategies.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Market Research:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor actions, and feedback.
  • Attend events to network and promote the company’s services.
