Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for customer support roles.
· Conducting orientation and providing training on customer service skills, company policies, and product knowledge.
· Monitoring and evaluating employee performance, providing feedback, and organizing coaching or improvement plans.
· Implementing initiatives to maintain high morale, job satisfaction, and reduce turnover in the support team.
· Addressing and resolving workplace issues or conflicts among customer support staff.
· Ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demand, including managing shift schedules and work hours.
· Ensuring that customer support staff adhere to company policies, customer service protocols,
