- Provide comprehensive training to clients and internal staff on the effective use of implemented HR software.
- Maintain a good knowledge of Nepalese Income Tax Act, Labour laws, and Government Standards and Policies.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of HR software with other systems.
- Stay updated with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Solutions and HR software trends to recommend improvements and new solutions.
- Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills when interacting with stakeholders and conducting training sessions.
- Prior experience in HR software implementation is a significant plus.
