Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions and ensure accuracy in our financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure timely processing of bank payments and other financial obligations.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial data and conduct database backups when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors for financial reporting and audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
