Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and manage all administrative processes to ensure the office runs efficiently.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Organize office layout, equipment maintenance, and ensure office space is safe and presentable.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and support HR administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  • Manage office budgets, expense reporting, and petty cash handling.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
  • Support bookkeeping and basic financial tasks as required.
