Outbound Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Kathmandu

Salary: NPR 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month

Job Criteria:

• Candidates with experience in a travel company will be preferred, especially those with B2B sales expertise.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably with a Destination Management Company (DMC).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the travel, hospitality, or destination management industry.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and an established network of travel agents.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Engage with travel agents to generate business leads for the company.
• Manage and nurture relationships with major and large agent groups to expand market presence.
• Possess excellent destination knowledge of South East Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Maldives).
• Conduct regular market visits to all major Western marketplaces, prepare daily reports, and generate queries.
• Continuously assess competitors' marketing and promotional strategies, reporting findings to senior management.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments, including operations and accounting.
• Maintain a customer-driven approach, with a positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Travel within the region as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and carry out business development activities.
