Bachelor level or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles.
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Office Management: Organizing and managing office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Communication: Handling correspondence, emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Documentation: Maintaining and organizing documents, records, and files.
Data Entry: Entering and updating data in systems and databases.
Meeting Coordination: Scheduling meetings, arranging agendas, and preparing meeting minutes.
Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements and accommodations for employees.
Customer Service: Providing support to clients, visitors, and employees.
Event Planning: Assisting in planning and coordinating company events or conferences.
Assisting Managers: Supporting managers with administrative tasks and projects.
Basic Accounting Tasks: Processing invoices, handling petty cash, and assisting with basic accounting functions.
