Sales and Marketing Executive

BPS PETROLEUM PVT. LTD. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell petroleum products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitors.
• Achieve sales targets and report to management.
• Negotiate deals and contracts with customers.
• Coordinate with the operations team for timely product delivery.
• Represent the company in industry events and trade shows.

Requirements:



• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in petroleum or lubricant industry).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
• A valid driver’s license is a plus.
