Job Description
- Assist in identifying and contacting potential clients through calls, emails, or social media.
- Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
- Learn about our software products (ERP, HRMS, Payroll, etc.) and be able to explain key features to clients.
- Maintain and update basic client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Gather feedback from clients and share it with the team to help improve services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing studies) in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
- Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Eagerness to learn about software solutions and sales processes.
- *Two wheeler and License is mandatory
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel); knowledge of CRM is a plus.
- Team player with strong work ethic and willingness to grow.
