We are hiring a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to expand our presence across the Kathmandu Valley. If you are passionate about field sales and brand promotion, this opportunity is for you!

Position: Sales Representative

Work Area: Kathmandu Valley (Market Visits)

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience)

Fuel Allowance: Provided by the company

Experience: Prior sales experience preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills may also apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retailers and dealers regularly to promote our products and build strong relationships
• Convince new dealers to collaborate with our brand and expand our distribution network
• Collect payments from dealers and ensure timely deposits
• Promote the company’s products and brand image in the market
• Report daily activities and market feedback to the management
• Support marketing campaigns and product promotions in the field

Requirements:

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid license (fuel expenses will be covered by the company)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Knowledge of Kathmandu Valley market is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the company
