Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Should efficiently solve any issues, complaints, or queries of Pathao food restaurants and Bazaar vendors.
  • Should follow up with vendor for new prices updates, offers, and menu updates
  • Should check email and messages for menu updates request and should coordinate with the Platform team for the changes
  • Should handle calls from restaurants/vendors and should have the willingness to work to meet the KPIs
  • Should coordinate with the accounts team and should provide the statement to restaurants whenever it is necessary
  • Should look after the billing issues and payment issues of vendors
  • Should prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
  • Should visit restaurants for any branding/marketing-related tasks
  • Should coordinate with different teams and should carry out every job that is assigned effectively
  • Should check and balance the MPF differences on the system and Master sheet
  •  

Qualification required:

  • Minimum +2 passed
  • A marketing background will be preferable
