Job Summary

District 11 – Hookah Experience Center is looking for a dedicated, energetic, and customer-focused Hookah Maker & Server to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service while preparing and serving premium-quality hookah.

Working Hours

8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve hookah according to company standards.
• Recommend hookah flavors and combinations based on customer preferences.
• Set up, maintain, and clean hookah equipment before and after service.
• Monitor hookah quality and replace coals or make adjustments when needed.
• Welcome customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service.
• Ensure customers receive prompt assistance throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the hookah preparation and serving areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and company standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and report low stock of flavors, charcoal, and accessories.
• Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hookah preparation, hospitality, or customer service is preferred (training can be provided).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctual, responsible, and reliable.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
